Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
or Lovaas Therapy

Applied behavior analysis examines the possible cause of a behavior, using accepted principles of behavior management and then systematically determines how to replace the behavior with a more appropriate response.  It looks for the behavior to change to a meaningful degree.
