Take the Sudbury Road exit, at the traffic light, turn south towards Sudbury.
(This traffic light is between the Rt 62 Walden Pond exit and the light at Emerson Hospital exit).
Follow about 2 miles until the light at Nine Acre Corners.
Continue straight through, passing the Nashawtuc Country Club.
At stop sign at the end of the road, take a Left onto Concord Road.
Take a Right at the light in Old Sudbury Center with the white churches on either side of the road.
This is Hudson Road. Take first left onto Peakham Rd.
Travel this road for 1 mile.
Take Right onto Pratts Mill Rd
About 400 feet ahead you will see Sudbury's Ephraim Middle School
